Water...

Drinking water is essential and can benefit you in so many ways. Advantages include:

* It keeps the skin clear by pushing toxins out of the body
* Promotes weight loss by boosting your metabolism
* Boosts energy by restoring vital nutrients within your muscles, hence better productivity
* Relieves constipation by improving digestive health
* Its a natural remedy for headaches
* Better exercise
* Less cramps and sprains
* Less likely to get sick
* Relieves fatigue

I have set myself a 7 day challenge of drinking 3 of these #onesimplechange bottles of water a day. It holds 1.5 pints so 4.5 pints equates to roughly 2.5 litres. I also drink peppermint tea at the beginning of the day and occasionally at the end of the day so altogether I should be taking about 3 litres of water. Will weigh at the end of the week to see what the difference is.
